CarryFree Labs is founded and directed by Amir Kaivani, Ph.D., combining over two decades of industrial and academic experience in designing and verifying complex subsystem architectures and top-level System-on-Chip (SoC).

Specializing in advanced computer architecture and computer arithmetic systems, he bridges the gap between deep mathematical theory and flawless silicon execution.

He holds a US patent and has published multiple peer-reviewed papers in prominent engineering journals, including IEEE Transactions on Computers and IEEE Transactions on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) Systems.
